We were exhausted and had issues with the door but Antonio was quick to respond and fixed it. Aside from that the amenities, room, and location were amazing. It was just what we needed to reenergize: a bath by the bed, a tv with working streaming services, and glasses for our store bought wine bottle. Other guests were cordial as well, I think it attracts a certain mature crowd but not far from the museum or food ;) I loved Napoli.
